Swiss Higher Diploma in Restaurant and F&B Operation Management

Duration:

6 weeks (5 days per week)
240 hours: 100 hours of theory, 100 hours of practical, 40 hours of group work, homework, exercises and duty.
 
Requirement:

  • Age :

For the course: From 17 to 99 years.

For the internship program: From 18 to 30 years

  • Valid Passport and No criminal record
  • No background or knowledge are required
  • Computer: Laptop or tablet
  • Books & equipment: There will be no need to buy books or any other equipment
  • Dress code: Groomed at all times and smart casual outfit.(no jeans or sneakers) certain days will required professional outfit
  • Health requirement: The course is very intense and therefore requires good mental and physical conditions.

Internship Program:

After completion of the course students will get assistance to find a paid internship from 3 to 12 months in the finest  establishments, around the world. (subject to eligibility)

– The American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute. AHLEI, USA

– Recognized by the Swiss Education and the canton of Neuchatel CH.

– CPQ (Certificate of Professional Qualification) CH.

Certification:

Under the supervision and the invigilation of a CHE (Certified Hospitality Educator) Students will get after completion of the course:

– Swiss Higher Diploma in Restaurant and F&B Operation Management

– Swiss Certificate of Customer Care and Communication (Within the restaurant industry)

– Food and Hygiene Certificate Level 2 (compulsory to work in the restaurant industry in most countries)
